In the rare cases where such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and make available the rescheduling of the trip, other excursions or the refund option.

• Early cancellation 24 hours before the departure time WITHOUT PENALTY.

• Cancellation between 24 hours and departure time or “No Show” incurr in 100% PENALTY.

• Itineraries are approximated and may be subject to changes.

• If the tour is suitable, children under two travel free as lap children.

• Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
