Cancellation Policy

A) Programmed Activities & Joint-tours:

• Cancellations taking place at least 24 hours before the departure time: Free of charge.

• Cancellations between 24 hours and departure time or “No-show”: 100% charge of the total amount.

*In the rare cases where we must cancel an activity due to a force majeure event, we will contact you as soon as possible in order to get your trip rescheduled, change it for another excursion or offer a refund.

B) Private Experiences & Group Bookings:

Different conditions apply in each case. Please consult your travel advisor.
