Start time: It is recommended to set the pick up time in your accommodation between 10:00 and 11:00am - should you have any other preference, kindly inform us and we will do our best to accommodate the schedules as per your your request.

• Cancelations taking place within 24 hours before the start of the activity: 100% will be charged.
